Boundaries are the line between where we end and another person begins. It can be difficult to set and uphold our boundaries, and a lot of times this issue comes up in relationships. This workshop will explore mixed messaging around boundaries in society, what boundaries are and how to set them, and how to be genuinely you while in a relationship.

LGBTQ+ Support Group is for students that identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and those that are questioning if they are a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Students are provided with the opportunity to get together in a safe environment where they can learn from, and support, each other. Each week, we will discuss important issues that LGBTQ+ individuals face with topics being chosen by those who wish to participate. This group will be co-facilitated by Jacob Cameron, a therapist from USU Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) and Erika-Danielle Lundström, the Gender and Sexuality Coordinator at the Inclusion Center. Lunch & Learn - Disordered Eating and How to Heal Your Relationship with Food

Disordered eating is used to describe a range of irregular eating behaviors that may or may not warrant an eating disorder diagnosis. There are many consequences of disordered eating, some being very detrimental. This webinar will go more in depth about what disordered eating is and how you can start to heal your relationship with food so eating can be enjoyable again. Attendance and participation in this event qualifies as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.

CPR/AED & First Aid for Professional Rescuers
Workshop/Training
The primary purpose of the American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuers and First Aid course is to instruct those who have a duty to act (professional rescuers) in the knowledge and skills needed to respond appropriately to first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies. This includes the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) to care for a victim experiencing cardiac arrest. Register at recportal.usu.edu.

Lead Climbing Clinic

This course is an introduction into lead climbing taught at the ARC Climbing Wall. You will learn proper techniques for climbing and belaying. Class size is capped at 6 people so get your spot early! Radical Self-Care Series: Creating a Self Care Plan

In this series, we will build a community of support as participants learn about intersectional identities, racial wellness, microaggressions, empowerment, and microinterventions. Over the course of 8 weeks, we will build a Wellness Toolbox together and practice mindfulness.

Wilderness First Aid

This course is a great introduction to wilderness medicine and basic life support skills. It is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast who wants more than an urban first aid course provides. The emphasis of the class is on recognizing and treating life-threatening traumatic and medical emergencies, common wilderness injuries, bandaging and splinting, and environmental injuries. CPR is included in the curriculum.
