The Intermountain Southwest Student Symposium will host its largest gathering yet, welcoming over 420 Civil and Environmental Engineering students and more than 80 professionals from 16 universities across 5 states to the USU Logan Campus. Set to be the largest event within the College of Engineering, attendees can expect a showcase of unparalleled talent and innovation. Spectators will be captivated by an impressive display of engineering strength and technical prowess through a variety of large-scale competitions, including Steel Bridge, Timber Strong, and the always thrilling Concrete Canoe races. Attendees will also showcase their knowledge in Sustainable Solutions, Surveying, Construction Institute, Transportation, Environmental Design, and the engaging Concrete Bowling.
All events are scheduled to take place on campus, except canoe races will be held at the picturesque Hyrum Reservoir.

ASPIRE Tech Showcase

The ASPIRE Engineering Research Center is showcasing its technology on the engineering quad! There will be multiple electric vehicles, robots from the USU robotics lab, electric vehicle wireless charging technology, and opportunities to learn about and get involved with ASPIRE. We will also have free pizza and ASPIRE research/internship information for students that stop by!
