Little Naturalist

Today the Little Naturalists will engage in a hands-on recycling sort while learning simple practices to reduce your waste this holiday season. Participants will get to take home an upcycled holiday craft.

This yoga class is taught in a Vinyasa style, where poses flow from one to the other and each movement is coordinated with your breath. This energetic class will increase heart rate and muscular strength, while improving balance, flexibility, and focus. All levels are welcome.

This signature sculpting class is designed to target your arms, abs, legs, and glutes! You will be challenged with bodyweight exercises to promote muscle endurance, weight loss, and total body toning. Circuit training is a high volume but low resistance weight workout with 2-3 minute rest intervals involving cardio, and is focused on improving muscle tone and definition while also improving cardiovascular fitness. Water/Ways is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and the Utah Humanities council, and was adapted from an exhibition organized by the American Museum of Natural History, New York.
