The Life of an Instructor; What to Expect When Teaching in Higher Education.

Panel Discussion/Presentation | Common Hour

Teaching in higher education is so much more than standing up in front of a classroom full of students twice a week. The role of an instructor in higher education is part expert, part mentor, part administration, and part student. In this GrTS session, co-hosted by Empowering Teaching Excellence, a panel of USU faculty will share their experiences navigating their role as instructors in higher education and give some insightful tips for those interested in pursuing an academic career.
