Virtual Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga

Recreation

This yoga class is taught in a Vinyasa style, where poses flow from one to the other and each movement is coordinated with your breath. This energetic class will increase heart rate and muscular strength, while improving balance, flexibility, and focus. All levels are welcome. ARC Holiday Festivities

We will have 9 different stations throughout the ARC and HPER and pairs can sign up to participate in all of these in a two hour block of time. This event is FREE to all participants! Some activities include: gift wrapping, Emoji Pictionary, card making, and holiday obstacle courses.

Graduate Student LGBTQ+ Support Group

Workshop/Training

This group is an opportunity for LGBTQA students to get together, learn from, and support each other. Each week, we will discuss pertinent issues (i.e. coming out to parents, the challenges of balancing academics and dating, relationship challenges, self-acceptance, advocate burn out, etc.). The topic of the day will be motivated by those who participate that day. This group will be co-facilitated by a psychologist from USU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and a staff from the USU Inclusion Center.

Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to healthy eating that centers on having a healthy relationship with food and being in tune with internal cues of hunger and fullness.
