When one or more dimensions are out of balance, there’s a chain reaction of too much energy/attention, or not enough. Oftentimes we don’t address this when and where it matters. We will guide you to practical ways to analyze and evaluate each dimension of wellness, understand the nuances, and apply practical solutions for balance, and provide a roadmap to working with imbalanced energies to create balance. *Use the website URL to register for Zoom.*
