Kayak Roll Session

Students, Faculty and Staff! Come get your kayak roll on in the HPER small pool Tuesday nights, 7-9pm. Outdoor Programs will have kayaks (with skirts and paddles) available at the pool on a first-come-first-served basis. Please be respectful if others are waiting for a boat and limit your time to less than 45 minutes. To access roll sessions, you must have student, staff, faculty, or guest access to the pool area. The general public may purchase a $3.00 pool pass for the roll session at the HPER service desk. If you have questions about pool access, contact the HPER service desk @435-797-1785. You can bring your own kayak but it must be inspected by OP staff prior to entering the pool area. Boats must be cleaned and inspected in the OP wash-down room. Boat inspections can be done during shop business hours on the day of the roll session. Dirt, debris and foreign material entering the pool from unclean boats will result in the termination of roll sessions! To access the pool with your kayak, you must enter the HPER building through the west doors near the ARC and sand volleyball courts. Parking is available on 800 E.
