Lunch & Learn - Managing Debt While Saving for Your Future

Lunch & Learn - Healthy Holiday Cooking Demo and Tasting

The holidays are a time for being together with family, having fun and often involve food! Holiday side dishes are just as important as the main dish, but they often lack fruits and vegetables to have a balanced meal. Join us for a cooking demo with Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister and learn how to make two side dishes that will help you add color and texture to your meal by using vibrant, in season produce! Samples of the recipes will be available while supplies last and are provided by event sponsor, Dining Services. Demonstration will be in person only and a recording will be available afterward if you are unable to attend.
