There are a variety of activities planned, including a Mental Health fair, Tai Chi, Drum Circle, PAWsitive Impact, and a 5k. The activities begin at 7:00 a.m. and go throughout the day until 4:00 p.m.

Chandler Squire will discuss appropriate body mechanics and ergonomics for sitting and standing positions, as well as addressing environmental considerations. He will also cover movements to address mechanical strain as well as fatigue and stress reduction.
