Workshop/Training
USU Be Well along with Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister and Certified Strength Coach, Tony Popoca present a lunch and learn on creating sustainable health goals. You'll find more success if you set goals that focus on health instead of weight loss only. This presentation will discuss behaviors, goals, and strategies that will lead to more sustainable outcomes in the way you look and feel! *Presentation is available in person and virtually and will be recorded. Attendance and participation in this event qualify as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.
