Know Before You Go: Avalanche Awareness Presentation

Join Outdoor Programs for our Know Before You Go: Avalanche Awareness Presentation on Wednesday, December 4th starting at 7pm. It is open to anyone and is free to attend. Will be held in the MAC gym at the Aggie Recreation Center. Community supporters will be there tabling with information.

Legacy of Val Day of Service: Loaves & Fishes Community Meal

Special Event

Honor the legacy of Val Christensen by pitching in at the Loaves & Fishes Community Meal! Volunteers are needed for food preparation. Additional volunteer shifts available on Saturday 12/7. Loaves & Fishes is non-denominational, but takes place inside First Presbyterian Church in Logan because there is a commercial kitchen there. Volunteers are enthusiastically encouraged to grab a plate and sit next to community members that they might not ever meet outside of this free meal. Register through AggiePulse, link provided.

Beacon Clinic w/ Utah Avalanche Center

Come join Outdoor Programs and the Utah Avalanche Center for a FREE beacon clinic on Saturday, December 7th from 10am-1pm on the Aggie Legacy Fields. We'll get you out in the snow to practice using a beacon.

American Red Cross Blood Drive

The need for blood is constant, but only about 3% of age-eligible people donate blood yearly! Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Blood is essential to help patients survive surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries. This lifesaving care starts with one person making a generous donation.
