The open houses will take place in MAIN 340 (and on Zoom for statewide faculty members) on: Sept 9th 11 am-12 pm Sept 17th 2 pm- 3 pm Sept 18th 4 pm- 5 pm These open houses will be a great opportunity for faculty to meet the research team and other researchers. Lunch & Learn - The Perils of Procrastination and Perfectionism

Is there a project you know you should start but can’t just seem to get started? Perhaps you heard the expression “Do it right or don’t do it at all”. This back and forth can create increased anxiety and stress which further complicates the problem. This training will explore the definitions and root causes of procrastination and perfectionism, discuss myths and truths behind this dynamic, and review tips to tame procrastination and perfectionism. *Presentation will not be recorded.
