Lake Powell Kayaking Trip
Recreation
We are heading down south to the amazing red rock and blue waters of Lake Powell to explore some of its many side canyons in sea kayaks. We will pack our kayaks with our gear and spend two nights camping on the lake. Participants must be able to swim and be comfortable in open water. Trip cost includes sales tax, food, transportation, kayak equipment, tent, sleeping bag, pad, and student leadership.

Rocket League Tournament

Find out who the best duo in Rocket League at USU is. Register to compete in a bracket against other teams in a single-day esports tournament. Winner will receive an intramurals champion shirt and a case of G-Fuel Energy.(All participants must register for the event)
Kayak Roll Session
Recreation
Students, Faculty and Staff! Come get your kayak roll on in the HPER small pool Tuesday nights, 7-9pm. Outdoor Programs will have kayaks (with skirts and paddles) available at the pool on a first-come-first-served basis. Please be respectful if others are waiting for a boat and limit your time to less than 45 minutes. To access roll sessions, you must have student, staff, faculty, or guest access to the pool area. The general public may purchase a $3.00 pool pass for the roll session at the HPER service desk. If you have questions about pool access, contact the HPER service desk @435-797-1785. You can bring your own kayak but it must be inspected by OP staff prior to entering the pool area. Boats must be cleaned and inspected in the OP wash-down room. Boat inspections can be done during shop business hours on the day of the roll session. Dirt, debris and foreign material entering the pool from unclean boats will result in the termination of roll sessions! To access the pool with your kayak, you must enter the HPER building through the west doors near the ARC and sand volleyball courts. Parking is available on 800 E. Intuitive Eating Class

Come and learn about the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating! Intuitive eaters march to their inner hunger signals and eat whatever they choose in a satisfying way, without experiencing guilt or an ethical dilemma. The Intuitive Eater is an unaffected eater. Our goal is to help you create a healthy relationship with food by discarding the diet mentality and teaching you how to listen to the messages of your body. Let's bring the pleasure back to eating. Our classes will be offered from 3pm-4pm on the following dates: January 26th (Wednesday) February 11th (Friday) March 23rd (Wednesday) April 6th (Wednesday) *These classes will be taught by senior USU Dietetics students and will be supervised by a Registered Dietitian. Etiquette Dinner

Julie Pond, USU's employer relations manager, will prepare students for professional lunch and dinners by teaching the ins and outs of proper dining etiquette.
League of Legends Tournament

Prenatal Yoga
Recreation
Designed as a 6 class series, with each class building upon the last, Prenatal Yoga is focused on increasing strength and comfort during pregnancy through alignment-based yoga techniques. We will also emphasize labor preparation through movement and breath, strengthening your body and nervous system for an empowering birth experience, and teaching you some powerful tools to carry with you into the postpartum period. The 6-week program is only $10. Drop-in passes cost $5 for each class.

Logan Canyon Rock Climbing
Recreation
Come spend a few hours rock climbing up in Logan Canyon. We will meet at the OP and drive up the canyon to experience some of the many climbs right in our campus backyard. This is a great opportunity to learn some of the routes in Logan Canyon or try climbing for the first time. No experience necessary, beginners welcome.
